Plastisol Dispenser Machine

This Plastisol dispenser machine uses two pumps, operated via pneumatic cylinders, to eject Plastisol onto two separate rotating parts. The rotating parts are controlled by two separate motors. Each motor is has change parts, enabling a variety of parts to have Plastisol dispensed onto them.

A dispensing cycle is triggered by a green cycle start button, when pressed and released, both motors begin to rotate as Plastisol is dispensed onto the rotating parts. Plastisol is dispensed for a full revolution and then stops. The speed at which the parts rotate is controlled with the speed controllers, located on the front of the control cabinet.
