Glue Dispensing Machine

The Glue Dispensing Machine was developed for one of our customers who required semi-automation of an element within their manufacturing process. The machine has a light guard for safe operation, it enables the operator to load a component and then start the cycle; the component is rotated whilst a bead of glue is applied to a face on the part. This bead of glue is then checked by a vision system which allows the user to set tolerances for how much glue needs to be on each part. The part will then either, flip out if it is a pass, or stay on the turntable for an operator to observe if it is a fail.

The machine guarantees that a consistent good quality bead of glue is applied correctly every time.
