Continuity Tester

This is a hand held continuity tester for ensuring a connector has been assembled correctly onto an actuator. The contact depth is adjustable in 0.1mm increments, with the spring loaded contact travel limited to ± 0.5mm, which ensures that the correct pins have been used and the pins are fully seated in the connector.  A standard M8 sensor lead connects the tester to the main machine for Poke Yoke control.
