Wire Cut Acceptance Gauge

Some of our customers require Special Purpose Gauges to verify that their manufacturing process is producing consistently good parts. This acceptance gauge is used to periodically check manufactured parts to ensure they are within allowable tolerances.

This Gauge was designed in-house and passed off by our customer before manufacture. Some features on the gauge are quite intricate and need to be accurate. Our Wire Cutting Machine is able to cope with these requirements.

With key gauging location manufactured from D2 Tool Steel and hardened for durability, this gauge is sure to give plenty of service life.
