Valve Tube Length Gauge

The Valve Inspection Gauge was designed for one of our customers who was experiencing problems in their production process that were not identified with their existing inspection equipment.

Very simplistic in operation, this Gauge is set to a hardened Master of known calibrated dimensions, then the components are loaded and checked from this.

With a Mitutoyo Linear Scale for measurement and display, the Gauge gives accurate and repeatable measurements and that reassurance you need when producing vast numbers of parts.
