What is special purpose machinery?

A ‘Special Purpose Machine’ is as described, a machine specifically manufactured for a client bespoke and to purpose.

With electrical and Pneumatic operation, this machine takes raw materials fed in at one end, takes the part through several machining processes and feeds the completed parts out the other end.

The separate machining stages gives a reduced cycle time, in this machine the cycle time is 3 – 4 seconds/unit.
