Multi Point Gauging System

The Multi Point Gauging System was developed for larger blades.

This system has interchangeable tooling sets for a range of blades.

It has 70 transducers connected to a computer feeding the values into our software.

Tooling sets dedicated to a particular blade are loaded to the base unit & the relevant program loaded to the computer.

The system is set to a Master and is then ready to be used.

Changeover time approximately 20 minutes – cycle time including Load/Unload is under a minute.

Different sizes can be supplied, with or without the aluminium frame.
